Course Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, so we aim to keep our training course cancellation policy clear and fair for all participants.
Free Cancellation (Up to 14 Days Before the Course)
You may cancel your course booking free of charge up to 14 days prior to the scheduled course date.
Cancellations Within 14 Days
If you cancel less than 14 days before the course, 50% of the course fee will be retained to cover administrative costs.
Last-Minute Cancellations & Waiting List
For cancellations made within two weeks of the course, we will make every effort to fill your place from our waiting list, and if successful, will refund your fees. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you’re unable to attend, as this increases the likelihood of filling your spot.
Non-Attendance (No-Show Policy)
If a delegate fails to attend a reserved course without prior notice, the full course fee will be charged and is non-refundable.
Course Viability
All training courses are subject to minimum participant numbers. If minimum numbers are not met, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the course.
